With the advancement of society, humans are threatened by numerous urban diseases, such as coronary heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Only by doing regular exercise, you can strengthen the body and fortify the body's resistance, can also reduce the chances of getting sick.

The Center for Disease Control recommends that we do half an hour of workout each day, which include walking, doing housework, or gardening. You can do these 30 minutes exercise in one go or divide this time into two or three sessions.
